Question 1

Is RafterNudge for my trade?

Accepted Answer

RafterNudge is built for electricians, HVAC companies, plumbers, and similar small contractor shops. It is a done-for-you follow-up layer that helps keep customer conversations moving while the team is busy with the work.

Question 2

What does done-for-you follow-up mean?

Accepted Answer

RafterNudge helps carry the next customer touchpoint across common moments, so your team does not have to remember every reply, reminder, estimate nudge, or review request while doing the work.

Question 3

What kinds of follow-up can it cover?

Accepted Answer

It can cover missed-call text backs, new inquiries, open estimate follow-ups, appointment reminders, and post-job review requests.

Question 4

What happens when a conversation needs our team?

Accepted Answer

RafterNudge can keep the handoff clear so a person on your team can continue the conversation. Your team remains in control of the customer relationship and the work, scheduling, or judgment the conversation requires.

Question 5

Does it replace the contractor's team?

Accepted Answer

No. RafterNudge is a follow-up layer alongside your team. It helps with repeatable follow-up while your crew stays focused on the work; your team still handles conversations and decisions that need a contractor.

Question 6

How do we get started?

Accepted Answer

Tell us about your shop and where follow-up could help using the contractor inquiry form below. It is an inquiry only and does not automatically book service.
